My Amnesty International project leaflet for freedom of speech
My illustration printmaking posters finished today, took me awhile but got a good result for them in the end
Sewing the pages of my portfolio together last night
So i have decided to do, as well as the leaflet, a app for the Amnesty project called Amnesty speech app. In the app there will be numerous facts and figures about freedom of speech, videos and pictures. Im happy with how this has come out and i think this may be my final design for the icon but im not entirely sure yet, depending if i think of something better! For the icon i have taken inspiration from the amnesty logo but used a old style mega phone wrapped in the barbed wire instead of the candle, which has worked well i feel.
So tonight i have created this… from needing a hair cut i came up with the idea to make up a new barbers shop. Ive designed the logo, business cards and their own brand of pomade. i decided to do this to show more of my interest in branding for a company for my mini portfolio as i haven’t got anything like this to show. Im thinking of doing some others like this to go along with this one. Im pretty happy with how its come out, even if my photoshop skills arent that great still!
Today ive been updating my PDP and putting all my New York stuff in there. Its taken a while but my journal is finally looking how i want it to. $$
Ive been set the task to create a handmade self promotion portfolio in which i will have all my best and favourite work to date in there from project work to personal work. As im doing this i thought it would be good to create a logo for myself, and this is it, i wanted to keep it as simple as possible and i think it portrays me well for what my work is like.

I don’t feel like i have any sketchbook pages that im properly proud of, so right now im going to create one kick arse double page spread in my print media book!
